Crazy Bastard Sauce – Jalapeno & Date

A spicy green treat, like a spicy chutney.

This mild-medium sauce, made with green jalapeños (20%) and dates (10%), is a beautiful balance of freshness, roundness, and slight acidity. It makes a wonderful replacement for chutney or relish, with a herbal hint from fresh coriander.

Sweet but with character. The chili pepper blends into the deliciousness of the date.
